When? It should only be before certain episodes and only for their own shows. Unfortunately, no way to turn those off. The Premium is for ads that interrupt episodes.

If you're seeing ads during episodes, it's a glitch. Happened to me awhile back. They fixed it after a bit though.

Delete the app, reboot your streaming device and reinstall the app.

If you have prime you can watch Paramount Plus through there as a add-on channel. NO COMMERCIALS.

Logout, reboot the device and log back in. That's what fixed it for me.

Sometimes, if you have adblock on your browser it can mess up sites like this. Try turning off your adblock on the site and see if that works.

ublock origin will remove the adds, but it also messes with the controls.

What you need to do (and this is a bit fiddly) is to disable it so it can load position information for the video, then enable it so the ads don't play.

That’s happened to me once or twice. I think I uninstalled and reinstalled or logged out and back in and it worked. It’s a glitch.
