And then there were none is a fantastic miniseries and one of the best Agatha Christie adaptation

It is very well produced, brilliantly shot and very well acted moreover I think it captured the essence of the book perfectly you can actually feel the creeping paranoia which the guests on soldier Island are feeling.

I really liked the dark psychological thriller tone they went for. They made some changes from the book and I am a bit mixed on them but it didn't hampered my experience much.

Will definitely reccomend it to Agatha Christie fans as well as people looking for a solid mystery thriller.

The thing that upsets me about this is how well-done the adaptation is. The screenwriter Sarah Phelps went on to adapt other Christie novels, including "The Pale Horse" (one of my favorites from Christie) and completely butchered it. It still boggles my mind that she was able to get the tone of the book perfect for "And Then There Were None" but then drop the ball on the other equally creepy novel. She had great potential but then went off the rails with other Christie adaptations.

The servants throwing the detritus into that cliff/sinkhole haunts me constantly! That and the statues.

It's great. One of the best mini-series.

Those Agatha Christie series are best to watch around the christmas holidays.

There is a cheesy horror movie called "The Beast Must Die" that copies ATTWN, but adds in a werewolf. I actually liked it. That is all.

I really liked the Kenneth Branaugh adaptations of orient express and death on the Nile. They’re cheesy but really fun to watch. I’ll have to check this out!
