Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

I know that nepotism is a big subject in Hollywood right now, but it's not really suspicious if we know that is the case right? So what are the casting choices that make you go "hmmmmm?" Is it a casting couch rumor? Blackmailing a producer?

For example, I always found it odd that Dean-Charles Chapman, also known as King Tommen Baratheon, played the monarch in Seasons 4-6 of the series after having previously played the small but visible role of Martyn Lannister in Season 3. Why would Game of Thrones, which is widely considered to be one of the most prestigious television series of all time, re-cast this seemingly nobody actor into another visible, likely highly-coveted, role? It never added up to me.
