Most recently Rhea Seahorn in BCS. She didn't even get nominated last year.

As for undeserving, Peter Dinklage in the last two seasons of GOT. He's a great actor but didn't have much screen time in the latter half of the show to justify the win for those seasons.

Kind of feels like when Return of the King swept the Oscar’s. First two were mostly ignored then they gave everything for the last one.
