The dog is 15 and clearly deteriorating. Sometimes it's just time to say goodbye.

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Sudden onset seizures in an elderly dog are usually indicative of intracranial disease. It’s better a day too early than a minute too late when it comes to end of life situations.
