TIFU by trying to make a tween animation

So I've been trying to make a fan series for my TikTok for a while now but due to a lack of money I decided to go down the animation route, problem is I can't animate. I can draw however and thanks to the type of phone I have I'm better able to translate my skills over to a digital canvas.

Now the only problem is getting the pictures to Move, how do I do that? Tweening of course. You draw something, split it into parts, throw it into an animation or editing program, and make the parts move however you want. Sounds easy enough, right? I looked up a tutorial on how to tween using CapCut and immediately tried to go for it, jumping right in the deep end and splitting up a particular character I have into a Bunch of Itty bitty little pieces in the sketch.

I ended up biting off more than I could chew for my first time and I probably shouldn't have tried to make more than 5 moving parts, I couldn't even make it past the sketching phase. I probably should have started with something simple instead of attempting to dive straight in right away.

TL/DR: I tried Tweening and I went in Way over my head.

Start small, work up. You'll get better. Just look at the TV show 'Archer' and compare the first season to current seasons. Even the pros have to deal with learning curves!

Usually you try tweening with like maybe 3-5 parts, I tried to do 20, couldn't make it past the sketch

You weren't explaining shit dude, either that or you're shit at explaining. All you were doing is stating something expecting me to read your mind through the internet, guess what? That's not how this works, you have to explain your point how my fuck up isn't a fuck up, yes it's milder than some of the other posts but I'm pretty damn sure it counts
