So I (male) had to go for a medical screening and there was a urine test that needed to be done. One of the nurses handed me a ziplock bag and a thin strip of plastic with some sort of swabs on it. She told me to put the plastic into the bag and fill it above the plastic strip. Since it was the first time in my life to take a urine test, I just followed her instructions and peed into the bag. When I was going out however, I felt a bit suspicious as I hadn’t seen anyone in the clinic taking bags of piss with them to the nurses. But I just decided to ignore it and went out. This was when people were staring at me and some other nurse just looks at me like I’m a retard. She told me I was supposed to pee on the swab instead and I instantly felt embarrassed. Hid in the toilet for a good 5 minutes before coming out again, to which the nurse apologised and said that there wasn’t enough instructions given to me. It has been over 7 hours and I still can’t get over it.
TL;DR: Did a urine test wrongly by peeing into a ziplock bag for and brought it outside where everyone saw my bag full of piss
