Do you have any proof your internet went down, perhaps you can get your service provider to send you an email confirming that the internet was down at that time?

I don't but I called this morning and they told me it was okay ! I then received an email saying my submission was received so I'm very, very relieved! Now, I just have to cross my fingers and wait :)
