what's a cat tax? and yeah she is very small, we don't know why she just doesn't seem to grow anymore, she has a sister that looks exactly like her but is much bigger than her now. she's perfectly healthy tho

Cat tax is just a silly reddit thing where if you mention a cat you include a photo of them as "tax" :)

We have a little cat who has stopped growing too but is otherwise healthy! Tiny cats are very precious ❤️
