It may be an illogical reach. You're assuming so many things based on the missing car, for sale sign, etc - but it could just be that they were already planning to move out and that one of the cars was missing because they were already starting to move.

Also, just get your own garbage bag and throw away your condoms in your own bag. I'd be pretty weirded out if you were throwing that shit into my garbage cans.
