Stuff happens to everyone with the opposite sex. In high school (long time ago) I ran into my crush in the high school office. He said something funny, I laughed--and blew the biggest snot bubble I've ever blown in my life. He just stood there smiling at me and I snorted it back in and the moment passed. Embarrassing as hell, but not fatal.
