I've been cooking since I was 5. Made beef short ribs multiple times right? I was 20? Made them for a special dinner with friends. I, to this day, have NO idea what I did wrong. Imagine 4 people trying to cut into flubber-like hockey pucks. They bent, they squished, they slithered off the plates. They were impervious to stabbing ( and when dining with Marines , they tried). I took them away and ordered pizza.
