You see this new automoderator bot that's all over reddit holding random letters random for "updoots" it wants 100 "updoots" to use the letter "E". So thn I stard talking lik this. And you know what it did? It took the letter "O" hostage as well. Seriously who's idea was this bot cause it's made reddit almost impossible to use now lol Now I'm just going to add more words because my post isn't long enough I guess.

Here's a new paragraph because walls of text are bad seriously though what did I do wrong for this bot to be so mad at me and hold letters of the alphabet hostage. How is someone supposed to get upvotes if everything they say is automatically deleted. Am I supposed to turn to one of those but upvotes scams that's against the rules?

UPDATE: I can't even comment on my own thread because of the bot. This is so dumb.

UPDATE 2: Could this be an April Fool's day joke reddit started early by accident?

Final Update: After looking into the actual account for the bot I'm starting to think the bot has to be compromised in some sort of way, this is a screenshot of it's most recent things it's interacting with, noticing a trend cause I am, it's all porn themed stuff. Something is very clearly wrong. Can we get an actual human moderator to look into this, do those even exist? Is there anyway to get in touch with an actual human being. Answer: So I got a response from my support ticket. I honestly don't know what to take from it at this point. This is either a very elaborate April Fool's Joke that got started early, or they are 100% serious and this is an effort to show potential future shareholders the value of this subreddit when Reddit enters the public market. I have no idea how making people comment like this is meant to impress shareholders, I know if I was a shareholder I wouldn't be impressed by this unless I was 5 or Elon Musk, maybe that's what it is, they want to impress Elon and get that Tesla money who the hell knows at this point.
