I'm begging you on the internet for some catharsis. I can't tell anyone I know in real life, for I fear they may aptly jest me.
I was walking downtown after class when I caught sight of someone with the same shirt as me. It was the same shirt for sure because it features an anime character. I was hit with a wave of same shirt euphoria. Completely out of character decided to point out our same shirt, stopping them with a what I thought was a rather polite "excuse me". When describing my character, I mean I'm a socially anxious introvert, but today, for some inexplicable reason, I was feeling brave. However, it's winter, and I was wearing my zipped padded jacket, so I started to unzip it to show my same shirt. But, they had already started to walk away at a rather brisk pace before I could show them my shirt. Only then did it dawn on me that I must've looked like a flasher and / or other suspicious character. I yelled same shirt a few times but they were gone, as was my dignity :')
TLDR don't stop strangers in the street to show your same shirt unless the display is obvious
