Actually, dui is "driving under the influence." Could be alcohol or THC or anything that alters your ability to safely operate the vehicle. Such as "smoke some joints."

Then why do you use marijuana and drive? It’s almost the same thing. You were obviously too under the influence to make safe decisions. You should rethink the decision to dui.
