To judge is just to see and assess, what I'm wondering why are you getting offended by a comment which had no negative connections. Like I saw the comment and though, huh yea I can see this being popular in 1995. And that's it. No different than seeing a old car and going yea I bet that was cutting edge when it was first made. No one is saying that because it was popular a bit ago, that makes it bad.
