You need new friends. Friends should be supportive and respective. Also there's nothing wrong with being a virgin. Your first time shouldn't be with a worker, it should be with someone you have feelings for each other. You won't be nervous, you'll be excited and ready when you meet that person. It won't be a situation to "get it over with" and it will be meaningful. You don't have to be like everyone else, just be yourself.
