I mean, I wouldn't be too heart broken over a pedo's $300

You are a pretty sick and twisted 16 year old.

For experimenting with their identity online? That's a shitty thing to say to anyone, especially a kid.

This guy really said "as a lot of ppl do" as if it's normal to pretend to be someone completely other than yourself 🤣 give the money back and tell the truth weirdo

Pretending to be a different person online is weird? Does the mean you are comfortable with your mom or your boss reading your reddit history?
Grammasweets t1_j56sm9q wrote
Thats not exactly the same bud. One is keeping private information private. This person sought out strangers specifically to lie and pretend to be someone else. See how that's different?

Does that guy know you are 16? If so keep the money and scare him. He got 76 erotic pics from you.
If he thought you are above 18, give back the money and be ashamed.
Organic-Horror3060 t1_j51tk4a wrote
Yes, he knew and was 100% cool with it.

16 and 20 is a no. Sent me half the money and it’s okay.

I don't think pretending to be the opposite sex is as common as you think
Tanagrabelle t1_j52swg7 wrote
Does this mean you want to meet him? And if you’re looking for another man to get together with, well that’s when pretending to be a woman is probably a very bad idea. Many a news report has been about how some people leave a corpse behind when they’ve been tricked like this.
FigLow4974 t1_j55b31k wrote
I’d say to give the money back, but he clearly isn’t a “good guy” like you say he is if he is soliciting nudes from a 16 year old “girl”. He is a pedophile. Take his money and ghost him.
Also, chances are if you show up in a different country where he lives as a minor, you’re not ever getting home. He will keep you there.

Just send him the money back and stop contacting him. You don't know who he is. He could be some desperate pedo sending girls money to meet them, or he could be a very dangerous person. Sending strangers money on the internet is not normal.
So to not get into deeper trouble, give him his money and leave him alone.
GsTSaien t1_j564cvx wrote
He is not a really good guy. Who cares what you identify at here, you are 16, does he know this?
pinktieoptional t1_j56f3er wrote
I get that you don't want to hurt him. It's up to you if you want to come clean. Either way, I'd give the money back. It's probably not best to meet an older person over the internet.

Keep the money and cut contact.
