I have a tipped uterus (back, not forward - explains cramps feeling like a backache I guess) so these and the sponge (remember the sponge?) and diaphragms are right out. You simply cannot reach stuff unless squatting and really long fingers and a string you can find.

How did I find this out? OBGYN didn't tell me (might have been NICE) found out trying to find a SPONGE. Complained at next appointment and was told then.
