I mean, if she's worth the hassle to you, tell her friend it genuinely was a typo...or find a way to send her a message to apologize and let her know you don't view her that way. I'd go as far as making another profile if it was someone I really cared for. I'd want to help them through their insecurities. Eventually, I'd try to gently point out that assuming it was intentional and not a typo was a bit irrational... Maybe they don't realize the extent of their paranoia due to insecurity.
