Should've reviewed it before hitting submit but hey hindsight is 20/20.

Edit -- Acuity, as in visual acuity, as in 20/20 on the Snellen Chart you goddamn cretinous louts.

I rarely explain my jokes when people don't get them but I felt like people were under the impression I was trying to be a dick to OP, which wasn't my intention at all.

For those who don't know, this is from Lawrence of Arabia. Excellent movie if you have never watched it.

Off the North West Coast of Ireland there is a big shipwreck of a US transport ship sunk by a U-boat during WW2. Because of this there are just a bunch of sherman tanks sitting on the Atlantic Ocean floor. There's some pretty cool pictures on google of them.

Million Dollar Point on the island of Espiritu Santo in Vanuatu. Fun dive spot, but the wreck of the President Coolidge a bit further down the channel is the main draw.

Wurm42 t1_jb19glg wrote

It's pretty common for scuba diving destinations to build artificial reefs of various sorts.

Sunken ships or sculptures are more common for reefs trying to attract divers, but the Aqaba "tank reef" is famous because of those military vehicles.
