Back in the late '80s, one of the refiners had a bunch of winter gas left over in the spring, so they just shipped it to the Albuquerque, NM area. All summer, everybody had problems with rough running, vapor lock, etc. The refiner just did that insincere, "Ha. Sorry, dude".
