Eve’s Pantry in Auckland does a great version. Virtually every bakery in Mt Albert and Mt Roskill has these…huge variation in quality. Crisp tart shell, light fluffy lemon crème filling (not lemon curd) and a delightfull chocolate and vanilla icing top is what you are looking for. Yummy.
