well, it's only 300 characters for a TIL post, and I knew if I said "also, it originates from prunes hence pruno" and then had to go on further explaining myself as prunes are not always available in prison, they also use any fruit/sugar they can get their hands on., etc. etc. etc.

ps I have never been called a 'goofy goober' and I am honoured for this, thank you!
