Happens in Chicago too but since Chicago’s grid is oriented to cardinal direction, Chicagohenge occurs on both equinoxes

Yes, but possibly on different dates, depending on the latitude and the orientation of the streets. (Manhattan's streets don't run exactly E-W but rather NW to SE.)

This happens in the summer in Orlando. It rises right on the east west expressway though and blind you while you're trying to drive east to work.
