It was removed by the moderators. They didn’t tell me why.

Colchester isn’t Burlington. They work to keep the sub Burlington focused under the “if you let one in, you let them all in and then you have the Vermont sub” theory.

Disgusting behavior by management. Hopefully this information spreads to potential candidates so they know what kind of people they’d end up working for.

Seems pretty blatant, I expect there to either be a large settlement or VIP will lose. Pretty unfortunate, criminal choice from management. They should make a change, people who make choices like that don't belong in management!!

VIP's lawyer is not cheap, I wonder if the "employee owners" know how much their company is spending to fight what sure seems to be a blatant violation of labor law?

Hmmm. This is an employee owned company. Interesting.

Nice! I'm in contact with the NLRB about Higher Ground Music and their punishing employees for engaging in legally protected acts. Love to see other Vermonters going after shitty employers

I’m a honestly surprised they want their jobs back with the company. Normally when what kind of bridge is burned you don’t try to form another one, yeah?

It’s a win-win, if they get fired for sharing salary information it’s against the law, and they potentially get to work at the same place they presumably enjoy enough to want to return.
