Seems pretty blatant, I expect there to either be a large settlement or VIP will lose. Pretty unfortunate, criminal choice from management. They should make a change, people who make choices like that don't belong in management!!

VIP's lawyer is not cheap, I wonder if the "employee owners" know how much their company is spending to fight what sure seems to be a blatant violation of labor law?

Nice! I'm in contact with the NLRB about Higher Ground Music and their punishing employees for engaging in legally protected acts. Love to see other Vermonters going after shitty employers
