Just as heads up I make $22 an hour as a prep and line cook right now in Vermont. I just interviewed (and turned down) a position that payed $18, and another that payed $20+. I decided not to take an interview at a place that told me they'd pay $23-$25 an hour after their training period, because it was a bit of a commute. If they lean a little closer towards $20 with their pay. They may have better luck. Best of luck finding help.
