I am in a bit of a pickle. Because of a new job, I am required to live no father north than Brandon, and my girlfriend can't really be any further South than Brandon for her job.

My job needs me to reside in my new location by April 1st, or at least committed to a place by then

We have a dog and a cat, and we are responsible pet owners!(My girlfriend is a veterinarian!)

We have 5 cars. Her personal vehicle, my two personal vehicles, and each of us have a work vehicle, so ample parking is a huge plus. We can be relatively flexible on this one

I am only posting this here because I don't really know what else to do. We can't find a property for sale that suits our needs, and any apartments available haven't gotten back to me. Any help would be massively appreciated!

Five cars?! (I say this having 8 in my yard driveway) If you do find an apartment, your neighbors will probably hate you. Best of luck!

You are "required" to live no farther north than Brandon??? Let's unpack that one.

Is Rochester too far? Bout 20-30 depending on what part you need to get to.

I worked at the elementary school in Brandon for 8 years and lived in Middlebury. It is a great community, wonderful access to outdoor recreation, fabulous people and an activity community and a small but nice selection of locally owned restaurants. If possible see if Goshen, Pittsford, Leceister or Sudbury have a property that will fit the bill for you and enjoy your time in that area!
