The Cannabis Board has seemed pretty reasonable and has even been advocating for removing the stupid THC limits. How are they idiotic?

The biggest slam against them has been the dragging of feet, causing significant delays in getting licenses for growers and retail stores.

I think that was caused by Scott dragging his feet on appointing the board in the first place. They can't appoint themselves or do the work required until that happened first

Scott's definitely a large part of the delay, but the board once fully formed weren't able to issue more than a few outdoor grow licenses before the seeds needed to be planted in May, so much of what we have right now is indoor.
