It’s made out of spoons. There’s a plaque on the rivers edge with a spoon on it. I forget what it says.

The Dancer!

I don't know the story behind that one. It looks very much like the Dancer in Bellingham, WA. It goes away, and it comes back. Maybe is is not in Bellingham anymore?

And it is not an approved sculpture in B'ham. It goes away and the city denies having taken it down.
