A small part of NJ looks like VT (e.g., Delaware Water Gap), just like a small part of VT looks like NJ (certain blocks of Barre, Rutland, Brattleboro...).

It's hard to say for sure year to year, but you'd most likely get some scattered yellow leaves with a lot of bare trees.

Usually it depends on if there is a good storm as leaf season is winding down.

If there is, the leaves might simply be gone.
