Oh, I agree. It was purely a purchase out of principle, having lived here all my life (so far!) and consuming the holy plant for the last 30 years

I don’t blame you one bit, I probably would’ve done the same thing. I’m sure the price will come down considerably in the coming years. That’s kind of how things went here in Maine. It started off quite high and now because there’s so many competing dispensaries I’m seeing places selling eighths for $20. I’ll never forget the first time I went to a dispensary in Denver seeing $70 an eighth. I left that place without buying anything of course.
