I knew he was a carpetbagger, but I'm having zero luck finding out when he actually moved here. Does anyone know when he made his residence in Vermont? Was it like last year or something?

God. I lived in Florida for a year, and by the end I didn't even feel comfortable saying I was "from" Florida, let alone trying to run for office there.
