Jacket: Canadá goose or similar (worth the investment) ,Thermal underwear Darn tough socks, Pack vitamin D supplements, Snow tires, And a winter hobby ( snow shoeing, skiing,etc…) The later is so important for your mental health you have no idea. Last but not least a quick trip to Florida in February or March helps and makes the winter more tolerable.
