Can you go there if you’re not an Essex resident? Or is there just a non-resident fee?

We went as non residents and there are no rangers or check in station so anyone is allowed for sure. You need to pay if you want to spend the night at a campsite, but none of it is resident specific. You should go, it’s beautiful and great for off leash dogs!
