If you know who the owner of the park is, you can take them to small claims. A friend in NJ damaged a rim at an A&P. They didnt show up in court. He got a judgement. A month or two later, when they didn't pay, he took it to the local sheriff office. They started freezing bank accts. When the company noticed,he had a check in a few hrs.

Yeah part of the problem here with the park is we have a stipulation in our rental agreement that we have to pay all legal fees no matter if we're the prevailing party or not. I'm certain that a good lawyer could actually argue to have this amended.

I'd hit up vt legal aid about that. It's probably not legal
