Payas is a decent place to work with but be aware, all their cars are salvaged titles. At least 5 years ago they were, that may or may not have changed. They make their business buying crashed cars, fixing and reselling. They do good work and stand by it but you won't find a clean title on the lot. If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. If that doesn't bother you, have at it!
