Uh didn’t you just answer your own question? If they can ask for it, they can refuse your business based off of it. I think the only thing they can’t refuse your business over is protected status (race, gender identity, sexual orientation, etc)

They haven't refuse. They just asked before we go. So I don't know for sure. I just checking before I give them an answer. To see if Vermont still had restriction that I didn't know about. But yes I did answer my own question.

Or maybe call the actual airbnb? They are literally the only people who can tell you if they are going to turn you away or not.
