I’m not in barre but I usually shop around. One place has good produce, one has good bread, Always check the flyers. Price chopper used to be cheap and good but got expensive after the rebrand. I feel like if you download the shaws app and clip the digital coupons you’re consistently getting good deals. Hannafords usually pretty good too

The Shaws app has really good deals. I get points and regularly I am able to get free stuff. Recently I got $20 off my total bill of $20 or more. Personally I feel like Shaws has a good selection and moderate prices.
