Green Mountain Power map shows 14,000 without power, most near Middlebury/Vergennes
https://greenmountainpower.com/outages/
VT Power map shows 19,000 out of power, primarily the western side of the state plus St J.
Huntington 100% out. Our house is on battery backup. Think I’ll roll into the office to get work done though.
I’m out in Hinesburg. The wind is howling. The vt electric coop’s outages page says,”
The high winds are currently making it unsafe for crews to progress with assessments and restorations. When winds slow in the afternoon we will be able to update estimated restoration times and do restorations. Thank you for your patience and please prepare for multi-day outages. Have your storm kit ready and safety plan in place.”
South end burlington here. Still on.
Still on in Bolton
Edit:. Been flickering a lot
Still have power in Williston, even after waking up to a tree coming through my roof 🙃
Out in Underhill. VEC shows Hinesburg area and Bakersfield are majority out.
Still on in Morristown. Our local utility is usually good about restoring lines as quickly as possible. The wind is downright frightening. Bathtub filled and hoping for the best.
Orange Co/Topsham area - still on. I’m with WA Electric.
I jinxed it. Lights just started flickering.
Still on in Saxtons River area.
Out in Bethel as of this morning
Good in the Islands
Also Underhill and currently have power.
Williamstown VT out
Wow, You broke the GMP Outage site.
Out in Jericho too, but feels like the wind is calming down some now.
GMP Outage Page, you had one job.
Out in Montpelier. Tree narrowly missed my roof. Green Mountain Power outage map not working for me (may be issue with my AT&T tethering; I seem to be getting high packet loss).
Out in Lyndonville
Back on in Richmond Village, it was out from 10 to midnight and then 3 to 9:45. The original outage was really weird, it was before it really started storming but there was a blue/ white flash that lit up the whole sky.
Put in Essex Junction near Sandhill park, unsure how widespread it is in the area
Out in East Randolph since around 8am
Currently out in Jeffersonville
Out in stowe since 9am
Out in Barre.
Came here to see if my home turf was bopped. Sorry to hear. Stay warm, fellow Lyndoner
My power is coming from a completely different town than the one I live in and we lose power on a dog's fart. Leicester's power supply is constantly blipping us and I hate it. Im expecting my power will be out for days.
My crested geckos arent gonna like this one....
Just came back on right in town but it seems to be out in all surrounding area. And thank you, you also!
Like all the way thru? Either way that’s a suck fest.
yep, they just took a 5 ft limb out the front door
Holy crap! r/brandnewsentence would like a word with you..
Edit to add it sounds like everyone is ok, which I good news. Still such a hassle for you tho. I’m sorry!

Orange county as well, still on. The current GMP outage map is almost a mirror image of what it was last Saturday.
Pownal here, the power went out for about an hour, then came back on. Couldn't get the Genny to start before it came back on. Lol.
Apparently, there are a bunch of houses in the nabe without power. I can't imagine ours is going to stay on, either.
Out in Bristol since 4 am
Out in Morrisville since 9am
Seems like parts of town are getting power back, but we’ve been out in the College neighborhood since this morning. Glad that tree missed!
Out in Richmond, down Huntington Rd. The village seems fine though.
Power was on and off last night in Rutland County.
Lots of trees down in the back yard. Some damage to the new garden..
Ive been holding off taking them down anyway guess mother nature made the final decision.
I hear the roads are getting wicked nasty around here as well.
Out in Tunbridge.
I have power in Northfield but my friend across town is out.
Still out in Middlesex.
Power was out for about an hour this morning in Middlebury, but otherwise good. Still have the USB battery pack on the charger just in case.
Down in Faiefax since 9am, no known restoration time according to utilities company.
Going to be a really cold night...watching temps drop by a degree every couple minutes at 420pm.
We just got power back; we're close to the college neighborhood.
Also AT&T is back; lost cellular connectivity for most of the day as well, shortly after I posted the above AT&T died completely.
Same here! Back, but only after getting all the candles and Mr. Heater Buddy going, of course. 😑
Still have power in the Upper Valley. I wonder if most of the trees here that were going to cause problems already came down last week.
Snow is coming down now Woooooooo!
Almost no visibility on rt 30
In southern rutland County. Were looking at a possible couple days of no power
[removed]
Out in Bristol since 5am
Good luck!
