Is North Carolina out of stock? Any local dealership should be able to order whatever you want. It’s weird that you’d even try to buy a vehicle this way. Duane likely suspected a scam.

It's perfectly normal to call around in cars. I called every dealer in 4 states to get the car, trim, and color I wanted at the best price. Especially with how expensive cars are it was a difference of 10k dollars.
