Not allowed inside unfortunately. At least per their website.

Oh bummer! They used to

Health codes prohibit it, so you're unlikely to find many places that will allow it.

I know RockArt allows them inside and the 2 breweries by me allow them. Is that just a Stowe thing? Because I know Vermont allows them inside as long as strict protocol is met. ie: napkins / utensils etc are stored in closed cabinets.

Vermont health code does not allow pets in any restaurant so its unlikely people will doxx the few places that bend the law by casually allowing it. The exception you are referring to is for common rooms in places like a schools or nursing homes

Section 5-214 subsection E begs to differ.

Is a brewery considered a food establishment if they don’t have a kitchen? Honest question. RockArt advertises on their website that dogs are allowed inside

My comment was in response to OP, not you. I was referencing the exact same thing you said in your comment.

I’m not sure! I would assume yes, because they are still serving a product for on-site consumption, but I’m not an expert.

All bars in vt legally have to sell food, even if it’s just bagged snacks

The downstairs is the main floor where the brewery is. They don’t have a kitchen/serve food. Handing out a bowl of pretzels is vastly different than having a full kitchen/menu. So they would be doxing themselves and I think they are smarter than that. I know at JayPeak dogs are allowed upstairs in the bar area but obviously not allowed downstairs in the cafeteria area. So there has to be a workaround with the kitchen/food rule.

Alfie's Wild Ride. I bring my dog here, plus they have ping pong, darts, corn hole, shuffleboard, and a couple arcade games. Sometimes live music

They just cracked down in the burlington area HARD on cafes. I can think of at least 3 or 4 that recently got cited.
Twombls t1_j34zdsb wrote
Probably not. There were plenty of places blatantly breaking health code laws but the state recently cracked down really hard
