This is great for us Vermont expats who still want to support the state.

Awesome! There are so many small, quality Vermont makers out there! Thanks for continuing to support Vermont!

r/VermontMade - here's a link so folks don't need to do a search. I definitely have some talented people to get over there and recommend!

Thank you! I've been Redditing for years and still don't know all the ins and outs!

No problem! People are way more likely to go if it's in one click and it's a good idea for a sub.

For future reference, in order to link to a subreddit within a post, just type r / subredditname without the spaces. You don't need a whole link like https://www.reddit.com/r/VermontMade - just the last part.

And there’s always the opportunity for r/VermontMaid for all the fakes and imposters

Great idea! For the OP's who want to post on /r/NewToVermont stuff like

"Hi! Thinking of moving here so I can make my organic watercolor fridge magnets made from maple leaves and BY THE WAY HERE'S MY ETSY SHOP"

now I know exactly where to tell them where to go instead!

I'll get you linked in the sidebar ASAP. :)
