Pay attention to Open Studio tours in the region https://www.vermontcrafts.com/ Keep in mind that a house the is condemned and literally falling in a river will fetch over 100k up here though, and Taxes are exponentially higher than the south. Over 6k for my 200k house, and I live in a town with a lower tax rate!

Fix your home state. Stay and fight. All you are doing is excersizing privilege leaving those worse off behind. We don’t need more liberal artists in Vermont. Sure you will fit in with the other 300k of them, but we are past saturation level. Better to try to make a better world where you are then run from it.

Guy I’m left of Bernie. I’m just honestly sick of seeing liberals flee a fight. Eventually it’s gonna be a bunch of unarmed granola crunching artists afraid to hurt a bug filling up all of New England, and on the doorstep of out for blood, heavily armed, mouth breathing, moron, neo-Nazis. I don’t honestly like our odds if the conservatives in America keep getting more radical. The anti-fascists are dramatically outnumbered on the left by those doing everything they can to avoid fighting.
