Not specifically a Vermont cocktail, but since it's cold out try a hot toddy. Use some Cold Hollow apple cider in place of water.

Add the seed of a fruit such a cherry to a Queen Ann's Coridal glass, then pour Champage down the drain... It's called a Queen City Pit.
