2 of his 3 guilty sentences were discharged so while it goes on his record he has no jail time to serve. The third charge was dropped down so the robbery would be charged as if he did NOT have a gun…. And all these breaks were made with 4 prior assault charges and what I think to be a heroin distribution charge within the previous 12 months. I’m sure he was shocked he got any time at all.

This guy loves going between cars, they must not lock them.

I don’t see the distribution charge but maybe I didn’t comprehend the charge right. I just see a possession. Armed robbery with a gun on a train, I guess he isn’t the sharpest tool, but that is clearly a step above anything else he was caught for. And I only see two assaults.
