The number one rule EMTs are supposed to follow with regards to this type of injury is to restrict movement and stabilize the head/neck area. They just dragged her out

I was gonna say, if you had to get hit by a vehicle, an ambulance might be one of the best choices. After seeing them handle that old lady... just goes to show you wouldn't necessarily want the help of an EMT that just ran you over.
I don't even know if it was a good idea for the other guy to move the ambulance forward, they didn't even check to see if she had gotten caught or was pinned in some way. Could've just made it worse.

Jesus. The lack of urgency to react to the situation, move the vehicle, or deliver proper treatment is astonishing. Remind me not to have any medical issues in Belgrade.
