It will probably provide better conversations than the idiots who use social chat apps

A quick summary for those who don't want to read the article, this will essentially be Snapchat's own ChatGPT-powered AI, that will appear as a "friend" in your list of messages on Snapchat, who you can ask questions / chat with and it will deliver results in a similar manner to ChatGPT. In my personal opinion this is very bullish as it is a real incentive to subscribe to Snapchat's $3.99 a month premium subscription, seeing how ChatGPT is not very mobile-friendly for the casual users, and this will essentially just be integrating the AI into an app that everyone has and everyone uses for chatting.

$3.99 to use chatgpt in app or just go to the website on my phone for free . Tough choice

Imagine chatgpt and all other social media logs sitting on your digital ID, along with all your bank records, CV, private chats and centralized EV driving records.

Sounds fun right?

Cheers.

Bearish. Snapchat subs get an updated, possibly more annoying version of Tom from MySpace?
