Ticker is VIX. Pull up the chart, go to the “Trade” tab and it should drop you right into the options chain.

It took me right to the VIX when I typed it in. Not sure why it’s doing something different for you.

type in $ VIX not Vix as it is an index itself and not an etn.

I’ve been using the desktop version and just use the app for checking things when I’m in plays.
